Before partnering with Malta Venture Capital (MVC), Reforged Studios faced the challenge of funding continued growth in a capital-intensive games publishing business. We needed additional funding to expand our acquisition pipeline and pursue new opportunities at the pace required by the market. MVC provided the capital we needed to take this next step. Its investment enabled us to pursue and secure new deals while maintaining momentum across our existing portfolio. As a result, we are continuing to expand our acquisition pipeline and strengthen our portfolio of titles. MVC’s support will be instrumental in helping Reforged Studios establish itself as the IP acquisition and publishing platform of choice for under-monetised digital IP in the lower-to-mid market.
